I am a Registered Aromatherpist, Certified Grief Counselor and Support Group Facilitator specializing in the use of Inhaled Essential Oils to address Grief and Loss.
Taking a contemplative approach, I educate clients on how the unique properties, botany and history of these plant-derived aromas can serve as a reflection point as they navigate the shifting states that accompany personal, physical and emotional losses.
My Aromatic Support Programs include 4 and 8 week options that consist of short daily exercises targeted to address a diminished sense of smell and its effects due to illness, aging or menopause. The choice of oils is driven by research-based protocols with evidence-based results, and my services include individualized support with weekly check-ins that are open to include adult family members and/or caregivers.
On the second and Fourth Thursday of the month, I host Seasonal Well-being Gatherings at my studio in Lambertville, NJ and Memorial and Remembrance Gatherings by appointment. These intimate contemplative events feature a selection of oils that highlight and honor the occasion, followed by a 20 minute gong immersion to allow for reflection and metabolization. Participation is limited to 6.
For Holistic Health Professionals, I offer two workshops - “Using Inhaled Aromatherapy to Support Clients in Grief and Loss” and “Hospitality in Therapeutic Settings”
